I recently purchased an Asus wireless access point/router from eBay for the purpose of using it for mobility. I wanted something that I could use while in a car, boat, rv, camping, etc. Due to it’s size. (its smaller then a deck of cards) I could use it about anywhere but first I had to make some changes.

Old cell phone batteries can be used for other small electronic projects.

Here is an interesting but almost useless mod. A wall plug that was modded into a self running led light.

The motion sensor led light is a cheap light I got from ebay for around $5.00 I found that it took only 2 AAA batteries although the battery holder can hold up to 4 AAA’s.

Here is a 1 watt led light project made from an old jewlery box.

This is an interesting little light that I made from an old Edison style light bulb. The clear transparent box I got from Hobby Lobby, the on-off switch I got from Radio Shack.
